First Step: Prepare Ingredients
To begin, assemble all of the necessary ingredients for easy preparation. Crush the garlic and shred the cheddar cheese in advance.

- Create the cauliflower rice by cleaning and chopping a head of cauliflower into smaller cauliflower florets.
