Ingredients

  • Heat up the oven to 200C or 400 F.
  • Prepare all of your ingredients.
  • Wash your Palmini noodles to get rid of the acidic flavor.
  • Into your baking casserole place cherry tomatoes, feta cheese in the middle, and half garlic.
  • Sprinkle with your favorite extra-virgin olive oil and add black pepper and dry oregano.
  • Mix cherry tomatoes with olive oil and placed the whole baking dish into the oven for 25 minutes up to half an hour on 200C or 400F.
  • Once everything is baked, take all the garlic from the skin and gently using your fork to mash tomatoes and garlic together.
  • Gently mash the feta cheese as well.
  • Mix everything.
  • Once everything is mixed together you can add your choice of Keto noodles, in our case Palmini Angel Hair.
  • Sprinkle with freshly cut basil leaves which will give a wonderful flavor to baked feta pasta.
  • Enjoy straight out of the cast iron or services accordingly.

Notes

No salt - I have not added extra salt ot this dish, because Feta is already pretty salty
Let Feta Cheese cool for approx. 5 minutes after baking - this returns the crumbliness to feta which I do prefer.
Wash Palmini Noodles - fully wash Palmini Noodles under hot water
Palmini to acidic - soak them in nut milk or cream for a while and then rinse
Palmini too hard - boil them for 5-10 minutes
