Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 7 Medium Beef Bones
  • 1 Kohlrabi
  • 1 Leak
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • Parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 to 1 1/2 Liter Water

Instructions

  • Get all your bones ready, clean all the veggies, and cut them into bigger pieces.
  • Switch the Instant Pot on Sauté, add olive oil and bones and sauté the bones from all the sites.
  • Add vegetables, vinegar, herbs, salt, and pepper. Pour water until all is covered. Close the lid and make sure the pressure valve is set to close.
  • Press to soup and set it for 2 hours on high pressure. After 2 hours, leave the Pot to release naturally for best results.
  • After the soup is cool to handle, strain it through a Muslin cloth to get the clearest soup possible.
  • Use it immediately or separate it into Mason jars for later usage.

Notes

  • Veggies - cut into bigger pieces for the vegetables to cook longer.
  • Vinegar - no worries that you get a vinegar odor. It will all dissolve, but vinegar pulls all of the goodies out of the bones.
  • Cooked vegetables - Serve together with the soup. You can also use a fresh ones as all the nutrients have already been taken into the soup.
