Ingredients

  • Cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 Pound Ground Breakfast Sausage
  • 8 Pieces Eggs large
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Spinach fresh, chopped
  • 1 Pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 Pinch Pepper to taste
  • ¾ teaspoon Butter or Oil for greasing

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients, preheat the oven to 375°Fahrenheit (190°Celsius), and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish to prepare for assembly.
  • Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly, stirring often, then drain the excess grease.
  • Spread the cooked sausage evenly in the baking dish, sprinkle chopped spinach on top, and set aside.
  • Whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl, pour evenly over the sausage and spinach, top with cheddar, and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and set.
