  • Gather all the ingredients by placing each of them in small containers for easy preparation.
  • Using your hand mixer, mix the eggs until it turns smooth and fluffy.
  • Once the egg is smooth, add the rest of the ingredients, including the psyllium husk, which will be the ingredient that will turn the mixture into a dough. Just keep mixing until the consistency is no longer liquid. After mixing all the ingredients, place the dough into a bowl and rest. Cover with plastic and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Take the dumpling dough from the fridge and portion it into small pieces. Shape the portioned dough into small dough balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring each has spaces between them.
  • Start preparing the steamer after shaping them to your desired size and shape. No need to worry about not having a steamer because you can use any large pot in your kitchen and add water at the bottom. Bring the water to a boil and place the steaming stand on top. Add parchment paper on top with oil on the surface and add the dumpling balls. Cover the pot and let it steam for 15 minutes.
