Prepare your almonds. I am using dehydrated activated almonds for this recipe since I have made a batch specifically for making almond flour. Make sure to peel and dehydrate them entirely so there will be no moisture and clumping once blended and ground.
Place 1 cup of peeled and dried almonds into the Magic Bullet blender and grind until they look like fine powder-like white flour. Pulse for 10 seconds or more, then open the blender to check if they are ready. If you still want to blend the almonds for a finer result, stir to check for some almond bits and grind again for a few seconds more. Be careful of the time because it starts turning your flour into almond butter.
Once the almond flour is completely ground, you can store it or use it immediately.

Notes
Almonds - you are free to use either blanched or activated almonds. Make sure they are dried before blending them. Use our recipe for activated almonds if you plan to use the same.
Substitute - Nuts can be transformed into nut flour following this recipe as a substitute for all-purpose flour.
Drying - Drying the almonds before processing them in the blender will help achieve a better texture to the almond flour as drying them prevents clumping.
