Spiced and Warming Instant Pot Keto Mulled Wine Recipe enriched with Fresh Cranberries for your Festive season. Fully Low Carb, Gluten-Free and Sugar-Free Cold Weather Cocktail to fully warm you up.
Pour your choice of Red wine into the Instant Pot.
Add all of the spices starting with Fresh Cranberries, Few Star Anise Pieces, Slices of fresh Ginger, Cinnamon sticks, few Cardamom seeds, whole Vanilla Bean (which you can cut in half to intensify the flavor), Sugar Substitute and Fresh Rosemary.
Add ¼ of the Orange as well as Lemon decorated with Cloves.
Close the lid, Turn the valve to pressure and switch the Instant Pot to Pressure for 1 minute.
The process behind is, that it will take approximately 15 minutes for the Instant Pot to fully Pressurize. During this time the wine warms up and combines all of the flavors together. And then only a minute will be needed to get the fully Mulled Wine Ready.
Let the Instant Pot De-pressurize naturally, open the lid and enjoy
