Instructions

  • Prepare your Gnocchi by mixing all of the Ingredients and shaping into your desired type as per our Keto Gnocchi Post.
  • Prepare all of the ingredients.
  • In a pot with boiling water, add a little bit of oil and salt and cook gnocchi for approximately five minutes depending on the size.
  • In a cooking pot start cooking garlic together with oil of your choice until garlic gets beautifully golden brown.
  • Once your garlic is cooked into golden brown, add fresh spinach leaves mix it, and let it cook on medium heat.
  • Once you see your spinach leaves have been steamed and have shrunk, you can add sour cream and mix them all.
  • Using your Magic Bullet or any other hand blender or mixer, pour all of the spinach and sour cream mixture in and fully blend until everything is mixed into one beautiful green creamy texture.
  • Pour all of the creamy spinach mixtures onto your Low Carb Gnocchi.

Notes

Using Sour Cream - Using sour cream may curdle your sauce together with spinach. Blending it afterward will bring the creaminess back.
No Sour cream - not a problem. Use Greek Yogurt instead
Turmeric Powder - optional as it does not adds major flavor to the dish.
