Using a sharp knife, cut avocado lengthwise into half.
Scrape all of the avocados into the bowl, where you will be mixing the whole avocado dip.
Mash all of the avocados into as chunky as you like.
Immediately after your avocado is mashed, add your lime to prevent them from browning.
Followed with adding sour cream, tomatoes and Salt & Pepper
Using the same fork, mix all of the ingredients with mashed avocados.
