Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados
  • 1/2 Lime (Juice)
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Cherry Tomatoes
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare all of the ingredients.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut avocado lengthwise into half.
  • Scrape all of the avocados into the bowl, where you will be mixing the whole avocado dip.
  • Mash all of the avocados into as chunky as you like.
  • Immediately after your avocado is mashed, add your lime to prevent them from browning.
  • Followed with adding sour cream, tomatoes and Salt & Pepper
  • Using the same fork, mix all of the ingredients with mashed avocados.

Notes

Lime - add lime as soon as you will open the avocado to prevent the beautiful green color from browning
Fresh - if possible try to use only the amount you are going to consume. Storing and preventing guacamole from browning is not always easy.
Yogurt - in case you do not have sour cream or are not fond of, you can replace it with Greek Yogurt.
