Ingredients

Keto Gnocchi:

Sauce:

  • 1/2 Cup Bacon
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 Cup Grated Hard Cheese
  • Fresh Chives - Optional

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients for Gnocchi into a dough. Cut into 4 pieces and roll into a log. Each log is cut into small pieces.
  • Take each piece into your hand and roll it into a tiny ball.
Once done, press into the middle with your finger to shape into Orecchiette.
  • Place gnocchi into boiling water, where you have added a bit of oil and salt. This will help gnocchi not stick together. Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
  • Prepare all of the ingredients for Keto Alfredo Sauce with Bacon.
  • Cook your bacon first until golden brown.
  • Once the bacon is golden brown, add Heavy Cream and grated Cheese.
  • Cook the sauce for few minutes until all of the cheese is melted.
  • Place your Gnocchi into a bowl and add a scoop of the sauce.
  • To make it a bit more colorful and add a bit of freshness, you can cut fresh chives on top.

Notes

Gnocchi shape - I have chosen the Orecchiette shape, but you can choose whatever you like more. More shapes are in our Homemade Keto Gnocchi Post.
4 Portions - after my family had this dish for dinner, I have decided to divide it into 4 portions as this dish is filling and we were not able to eat the whole portion even though it did look tiny.
Thicker sauce - if you feel that you would like to have your sauce a bit thicker, add a pinch of Xanthan Gum or gelatin in.
