  • Pick the best raspberries you can, without any bad spots. Wash them and let them dry thoroughly on a kitchen towel. You can additionally soak them in a mixture of water and vinegar to kill all of the germs and beginners' mold. 
  • Once you have picked your raspberries and dried them fully, place them onto dehydrating trays, leaving the spaces in between for the air to circulate freely. If you have very soft raspberries, you can use liners for the dehydrator trays, so they do not fall onto the bottom of the dehydrator.
  • Dehydrate for 10 to 12 hours, making sure you swap the trays every two to three hours. To shorten the drying time, you can cut your raspberries in half.
