  • Prepare all the ingredients needed. Start by cutting the cabbage into at least 1-inch thick wedges or slices. Ensure you do not cut them too big for a crunchier result once cooked. Aside from the cabbages, prepare all the spices to season the cabbage.
  • Combine all the spices and seasonings in a mixing bowl, starting with liquid ingredients like olive oil and lemon juice. Then add spices like paprika, onion powder, granulated garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well using a whisk until thoroughly combined.
  • Once the seasoning mixture is ready, place cabbage slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Season your cabbage pieces by brushing them with the seasoning mixture you prepared earlier. Make sure to coat them entirely. 
  • Add the cabbage into the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes at 200C(400F), turning the steaks halfway through. Cook until the edges are crispy and the cabbage is tender.
