  • Hollow the Zucchini Evenly: Use a spoon to scoop out the centers of the zucchini boats, leaving enough flesh to hold the filling. This helps them cook evenly, and the zucchini is tender without being mushy.
  • Drain the Ground Turkey: After cooking the turkey, drain any extra liquid or grease. This keeps your zucchini boats from getting soggy while baking.
