Instructions

  • Prepare all the nuts. To make preparation easier, chop your chocolate bar into small pieces and melt them easily later.
  • Using the instant pot and a glass mixing bowl, melt the chocolate with coconut oil in boiling water until entirely melted.
  • Add the peanuts and almonds to the melted chocolate and stir them with a stick or spoon to coat them all with chocolate.
  • For the chocolate-coated nuts and almonds, remove each nut from the chocolate mixture and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave some space between each nut so they won't stick to each other.
  • To make chocolate clusters, form small clusters using a spoon and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Like the first ones, give each cluster a space to prevent sticking while they are still soft.
  • To make chocolate bark, you will need a chocolate bar mold. The chocolate nut bark needs to be shaped like a fresh chocolate bar. Prepare the mold and start pouring the chocolate nut mixture into it. Use a spoon to remove excess chocolate from the sides. Fill the mold with chocolate so the cookies will turn out perfectly once they are chilled and hardened.

Notes

  • Coconut oil: Adding coconut oil to the chocolate before melting it for an extra silky texture is good.
  • Nuts: You can use any nut, such as walnuts, cashews, macadamia, or pecans.
  • Melting: Melt chocolate with a double boiler, instant pot, and microwave.
  • Salt: For the dark chocolate almonds recipe, you can sprinkle some sea salt on top while they are still soft, resulting in a sweet and salty treat.
