Pick your most favorite keto or low-carb bread and cut it into slices.
Place 2 to 3 Eggs into a bowl, depending on how many slices of bread you are going to use.
Place whole eggs into a bowl, add a little bit of salt and whisk it up until fully combined. You can either use a whisk or a fork, this does not matter.
Take each slice of the bread and soak it in the Egg mixture from both sides.
Switch the heat on and add a little bit of butter, coconut oil, or extra-virgin olive oil. Place the slices onto a pan and fry them on medium heat. Once you see that one side is already done turn it and keep frying the other side.
When both of the sides are done take them out of the frying pan and place them on a plate covered with a paper towel.
