Notes

  • Extra fluffy - whisk egg whites separately and gently fold them into the cake mixture towards the end
  • Taller pound cake - if you wish to have your almond flour pound cake taller, use a smaller pan. 
  • Parchment paper - cover your baking pan with parchment paper to ease up the cleaning afterward
