Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients together.
  • Start with adding butter into your medium heat cooking pot. Let the butter melt and cook it for 2-3 minutes before it browns.
  • Once your butter has been cooked for a few minutes, start adding other ingredients.
  • Let the whole mixture cook for 2-3 minutes, making sure all is incorporated.
  • Switch the heat off and let the bubbling stop.
  • Add cocoa powder and whisk thoroughly.
  • When all is mixed together, add a few drops of Vanilla extract to add the flavor.
  • Pour into your prepared Silicone baking container and place it into the fridge overnight.
  • Once your fudge has been settled and hard, take it out of the fridge and gently peel it from the silicone baking dish.
  • Place it onto the Parchment Paper, and using a long sharp knife, cut into your desired shapes.

Notes

Sweetener - I strongly suggest using Allulose if you can. It gives additional creaminess and softness to the keto fudge.
Caramel sauce - you can prepare your own Sugar-Free Caramel Sauce in a few minutes using our recipe.
Silicone baking container - it is best to use a silicone container as it is very easy to peel the whole loaf once cooled
Cutting your Fudge - using a long sharp knife is the best, but in case you find your fudge a bit on a softer side, dental floss works wonders.
