Sugar-Free Fudge or Brownies

As I was making the recipe, My goal was to prepare a full rounded dark chocolate fudge. But then came the look and the first bite, and all I could think of was brownies.

I mean, look at them. A chocolate fudge that looks like a perfect Sugar-Free Brownies. They even taste like brownies. Don’t you agree?

But they are not. This delicious Keto Dessert is Sugar-Free Chocolate Fudge candy precisely.

And that was the reason I had to put brownie into the name of the recipe. Because, if you like brownies, you have to make them. If you want fudge, you have to make them.

And If you like brownies and fudge, you better step into the kitchen right now.

They are simply:

Sugar-Free Fudge Brownies.

I would say combining both fudge and brownies in the recipe name is the best and safest bet.

Because they also could be Cocoa Fudge, Keto Brownie, Keto Fat Bomb, Sugar-Free Candy, Diabetic Fudge, or even a Chocolate Candy. Let me stop talking nonsense.

Peanut Butter and Chocolate Fudge

Do you know what I have just come up with?

What if we make both Keto Peanut Butter Fudge and our Chocolate Fudge recipe and combine them into one extra delicious Low Carb Fudge Bomb.

Simply cook both recipes separately and let them slightly cool.

Pour one into the silicon form.

Now you can do so many designs with this, such as:

  1. Pour one and let cool, then pour the second one for double layer No Sugar Fudge
  2. Pour one into the round silicone mold and gently pour the second fudge into the middle to get a Ripple effect
  3. Pour one, let cool slightly, and then pour the second one. With the edge of the spoon, make swirls for a beautiful Keto Swirl fudge recipe.
  4. Any other ideas? Let me know

Christmas Fudge

Now I know that fudge is always associated with Christmas for those from the US. Almost every household needs to have at least one of the Fuge Recipe on the table, be it keto, Sugar-Free, or regular.

But let me tell you. Where I come from, we do not have this tradition. We eat fudge throughout the year. The whole year. Every single day could be a fudge day for us.

So you do not have to concentrate on Christmas.

Have Fudge on Easter, Valentine’s, Mother’s day. Have it on any ordinary day. The day when you just feel like having a Fudge.

Holidays Keto Fudge Brownies

Our Sugar-Free Sprinkles are the best idea to use when making this Keto Chocolate Fudge Recipe.

I make a batch of various colors and have them stored separately in glass containers. Every time I use them, I can choose what colors to mix.

  • An example is Valentine’s, where I might use red and pink colors together.
  • Or comes St. Patrick’s day, where all of the Greens are added.
  • Christmas would be a mixture of Green and red.
  • Halloween Orange and black.

And so on and so on.

How many carbohydrates are in a Keto Fudge?

The simple answer to how many carbohydrates are in a Keto Fudge is 0 total Carbs.

With its 0 grams of total carbs and 0 grams of fiber, you will get a total of 0 grams of net carbs per piece. Isn’t that an awesome calculation?

What sweetener to use for Sugar-Free Fudge?

With making the best Fudge, out of all of the various Sugar Substitutes, I have to say go will Allulose.

Allulose gives you not only the natural sweet feeling without any aftertaste. Allulose also adds more creaminess and fudginess into the Recipe for Sugar-Free Fudge.

The next variation is Monk Fruit Sweetener together with Allulose. Some companies do sell a complete blend of Allulose with Monk Fruit. And that would be my second choice.

The third is Xylitol, although you have to experience a bit with this sweetener. For some people, Xylitol is not a friend with the tummy and it also has a tiny bit of carbohydrates compared to other sweeteners.
Xylitol is also dangerous to dogs, so if you do have pets at home, try to avoid it.

Pure Erythritol would be one sweetener; I do not suggest using it for making Sugar-Free Fudge. The reason is that Erythritol will recrystallise after cooling down and will make the Keto Fudge with slight grittiness feel after the bite.

What additional Flavors can you put into the Chocolate Fudge Brownie?

You can do so much with those basic Sugar-Free Chocolate Fudge Brownies. Each of the additions will add that extra touch to the taste and transform the look for exactly what you are going for.

First Step: Ingredients

Prepare all ingredients together.

With regards to Caramel, you can make your own using our recipe for Sugar-Free Caramel Sauce, which is coming soon.

Third Step: Sweetener and Caramel

Once your butter has been cooked for a few minutes, start adding other ingredients.

Keep the pot on medium heat.

Sweeteners should be mixed and fully melted before adding the Caramel sauce.

Once all are in, mix it thoroughly and make sure it incorporates together.

Fifth Step: Cocoa and Vanilla and pour

It is best to switch the heat off when adding cocoa not to burn and separate.

The same goes for Vanilla Extract, which should only be added at the end of the process.

Switch the heat off and let the bubbling stop. Add cocoa powder and whisk thoroughly.

When all is mixed together, add a few drops of Vanilla extract to add the flavor.

Pour into your prepared Silicone baking container and place it into the fridge overnight.

Sixth Step: Cut

Once your fudge has been settled and hard, take it out of the fridge and gently peel it from the silicone baking dish.

For this exact reason, I always advise using silicone containers. It is much easier to peel the whole loaf from a silicone dish.

Place it onto the Parchment Paper, and using a long sharp knife, cut into your desired shapes.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

What type of container to pour Chocolate fudge into?

Choose the container according to how high or thick you want your fudge to be.

As you see in the video, I have chosen a toast silicone baking dish, which is flat at the bottom.

If you would like to go for a much higher Fudge, I suggest something much smaller.

How to cut the fudge?

Once you take your fudge from the fridge, it is easily cut with a long sharp knife. I sometimes clean the knife before each cut to have an additional top look without small pieces being stuck to the sides.

You can also use dental floss, which is a perfect idea for cutting anything soft, like our steamed bread or a layer of a cake.

How do you store fudge?

This Sugar-Free Chocolate Fudge is easily stored in the fridge, either on a small wooden board or closed up in a sealed container.

How long can you keep Keto Fudge?

If properly stored, Sugar-Free or Keto Fudge will last in your fridge for at least two weeks.

Can you freeze Sugar-Free Fudge?

You can undoubtedly freeze our Keto Fudge. I suggest wrapping it in parchment paper placed in your ziplock bag.
