Ingredients

Green Goddess Dressing

Green Goddess Salad

  • Half Cabbage
  • 4 Small Cucumbers or half of the big one
  • 5-6 Streaks Fresh Green Onions
  • 1/4 Cup Chives

Instructions

  • If you have not prepared your green goddess dressing in advance, I have a complete recipe with step-by-step and video instructions on how to make it.
  • Prepare all of the ingredients for the green goddess salad. Every single vegetable needs to be cut into the smallest pieces possible.
  • In a big mixing bowl, first, add your cabbage.
  • Into the cabbage, add freshly cut cucumber.
  • As the third ingredient, fresh spring goes in.
  • Chive is our last ingredient and could be replaced by any other herbs you have.
  • Add your green goddess dressing once you have all of the vegetables in a big mixing bowl.
  • Using a spatula or big spoon, gently start folding the green dressing into the vegetables.
