Instructions

  • As a first step, prepare all of the ingredients. Everything bagel seasoning can be made in your house in less than three minutes following our recipe.
  • We start with preparing our fathead dough. Place shredded mozzarella into the pot and start melting on medium heat until all cheese has been melted. Once you see the cheese entirely melted, switch off the stove and add almond meal as well as one egg. Using a wooden spatula, incorporate the egg and almond flour into the mozzarella cheese. Keep mixing until you get everything combined and a fathead dough starts forming.
  • You can preheat the oven to 200 Celsius or 390 Fahrenheit at this step. Place the dough onto parchment paper and start rolling into a really thin sheet.
  • Once your fathead dough is rolled out, you can start with the egg wash. Ensure all egg wash is spread on the whole sheet of rolled-out fathead dough.
  • Using a pizza cutter, cut the whole sheet into your preferred shapes: squares, triangles, circles, or rectangles.
  • The last step is sprinkling the whole sheet with everything bagel topping. Place into the oven and bake at 200 Celsius or 390 Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Cutting - Cut before adding seeds as the seeds districts in straight lines
  • Egg wash - as an egg wash, you can use pure egg whisked together, egg yolk only, or an egg mixed with a tablespoon of almond milk.
