Fathead Dough
I am sure by now all of you have heard of Fathead Story as well as Fathead Dough, and I do not have to introduce this to you.
What I want to explain is the way you make it into perfection.
In the beginning, when I was making a Fathead Dough Recipe, my steps were made using the Microwave, as most of you might have done as well.
The only problem I had was that not every time I got the perfect dough. There were times the fathead dough came perfectly smooth, but most of the time, I could not combine it all thoroughly as I wanted. It was more of luck.
Then came the trick I now use in all of my fathead Dough Recipes.
The trick is to forget about the microwave and use your stove. As you see in the video or our other fathead recipes such as Pizza with Bacon, Rainbow Pizza, Asparagus Quiche, Breadsticks, or Sesame Fathead Crackers, I always use a stovetop.
This way, my fathead dough is the exact way I want it every single time.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKING THE BEST EVERYTHING BAGEL FATHEAD CRACKERS
First Step: Ingredients needed
As a first step, prepare all of the ingredients.
I always buy a whole loaf of mozzarella for the fathead dough and shred it myself.
Almond meal could be exchanged for regular ground almonds without the skin.
Everything bagel seasoning can be made in your house in less than three minutes following our recipe.

Second Step: Fathead Dough
We start with preparing our fathead dough.
As you see in the video, I use a stovetop as this gives me the best texture of the dough to work with.
Place shredded mozzarella into the pot and start melting on medium heat until all cheese has been melted.
Once you see the cheese entirely melted, switch off the stove and add almond meal as well as one egg.
Using a wooden spatula, incorporate the egg and almond flour into the mozzarella cheese. Keep mixing until you get everything combined and a fathead dough starts forming.
To make the dough even smooth, you can take it into your hands and work the dough as you usually would until you get the smooth perfect consistency.

Third Step: Rolling
You can preheat the oven to 200 Celsius or 390 Fahrenheit at this step.
Place the dough onto parchment paper and start rolling into a really thin sheet.
If your dough is too sticky, you can help by placing the second piece of parchment paper on the top and rolling it that way.

Fourth Step: Egg Wash
Once your fathead dough is rolled out, you can start with the egg wash.
I have used only an egg whisked gently, but you can add a tablespoon of almond milk or use only egg yolk.
Ensure all egg wash is spread on the whole sheet of rolled-out fathead dough.

Fifth Step: Cutting
Using a pizza cutter, cut the whole sheet into your preferred shapes: squares, triangles, circles, or rectangles.

Sixth Step: Everything Bagel Topping
The last step is sprinkling the whole sheet with everything bagel topping.
The amount depends really on you. You can just sprinkle it slightly or cover the entire sheet with all the seeds and spices.
Place into the oven and bake at 200 Celsius or 390 Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes.

What if I can not roll the fathead dough because of stickiness?
Just in case you have a problem rolling the dough because of the stickiness, another sheet of parchment paper on top helps.
What if my crackers are not crunchy?
If your crackers are not crunchy enough after 8 to 10 minutes of baking in the oven, you can place them back for another 2 to 3 minutes.
I usually take all of the outer crackers as they are mostly all perfectly done and let the middle crackers crunch a bit more.
