  • Heat your oven to 200 Celsius or 390 Fahrenheit. At the same time, prepare all of your ingredients, which are almond flour, eggs, butter, sweeteners, and baking powder.
  • Add eggs to a container for your hand mixer and whisk them until fluffy.
  • One by one, add all of the other ingredients.
  • Whisk thoroughly until all combined, and you have no lumps in the batter. 
  • Fill your baking cupcake muffin tin covered with cupcake liners. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes and let it cool.

  • Almond Flour - can be replaced with ground blanched almonds
  • Vanilla extract - optional
  • Substitution for almond flour - sunflower seeds flour
  • Adding Icing - only once the cupcakes are fully cooled. Otherwise, any frosting will melt.
