Ingredients

  • 500 Grams Minced Meat
  • 3 Pieces Zucchini
  • 2 Pieces Eggplant
  • 1/2 Piece Cauliflower
  • 2 Pieces Carrots
  • 1 Piece Onion
  • 1 Piece Garlic
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  • Gather the ground beef, eggs, almond flour, and vegetables.
  • Grate the vegetables finely so they mix and shape easily.
  • Combine vegetables, eggs, almond flour, salt, and pepper, squeezing out excess liquid if needed.
  • Form mini burgers, place on a parchment-lined sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Portion leftovers into bags and refrigerate up to 2 days or freeze.
  • Turn the burgers and bake for another 10 minutes.
