Instructions

  • Prepare all your ingredients for making the best Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup. 
  • Place Butter into your cooking pot and cook for a few minutes on medium heat. 
  • Lower the heat and add brown sugar sweetener. Whisk until fully dissolved.
  • Add heavy cream and whisk together once all of your brown sugar has melted. 
  • Return the heat to a medium-high and start cooking your low-carb caramel sauce. 
  • Cook for approximately 10 - 15 minutes until you see the sauce thickening. 
  • Once you see the sauce has thickened, switch the heat off completely.
  • Add a few drops of Vanilla Extract and whisk into the mixture.

Notes

  • Brown Sugar – our homemade brown sugar can be replaced with store-bought brown sugar, but preferably with an allulose base. 
  • Dairy-Free Option – replace heavy cream can with coconut cream or full-fat coconut milk.
  • Salted Caramel – replace regular butter with salted butter to make keto salted caramel sauce.
  • More color – if you want to achieve darker Caramel sauce, add a few teaspoons of Yacon Syrup.
  • Nutritions – are calculated for a tablespoon. I have got from a whole recipe ¾ of a cup, which is 15 Tablespoons.
