Prepare all of the ingredients for quick and easy maneuver. All you need is your Chia seeds, sugar sweetener, raw cocoa and nut milk of your choice.
In the Magic Bullet or a Coffee Grinder, grind Chia seeds into a powder. This will give the Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding this Mousse looking and tasting feature.
Once your Chia seeds are grind, keep them aside and prepare a glass jar, in which you can hand mix all of the ingredients together.
One by one, start with mixing first the powdered sugar sweetener together with cacao.
Prepare your hand blender and start pouring the milk slowly into the glass jar, while mixing the pudding.
Once all of the milk is mixed, start adding the Chia seeds as the pudding will thicken immediately.
Using your hand mixer, make sure all of the powdered chia seeds are mixed into the pudding and you do not have any crumbles.
Once your mixture is fully combined pour pudding into the glass containers you are going to serve it in as this Keto Chocolate Chia Pudding will still thicken a bit and set.
Once you’re ready to serve top it up with either a Greek yogurt or a whipped cream.
Sprinkle the top with raw cacao, berries, nuts, sugar-free sprinkles or anything you like on top of a pudding.
