  • Prepare all ingredients for easy cooking. Chop onion and crush garlic. Clean and cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces.
  • Start by heating your cooking pan. Add oil and let it warm. Add the onion, crushed garlic and let it caramelize. Add all the mild curry powder and let the spices roast with oil to enhance the flavor.
  • Add chicken pieces and let them cook thoroughly. Once the chicken is cooked, add canned coconut cream and full-fat coconut milk and let the curry simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until the sauce is thickened. Serve with freshly chopped cilantro.

  • Curry - you can make your own using our curry spices powder recipe or use a store-bought Indian curry mix or curry paste. 
  • Fresh ginger - add extra crushed garlic and ginger for more flavor.
