Ingredients

Instructions

  • Prepare all of the ingredients for making an avocado bun burger. Regarding the burger, I have made our low-carb burgers, but you can also choose a bacon burger or the burger of your choice, some bacon, tomato, radish, cucumber, lettuce, cheese, and sesame seeds for the topping.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut the avocado in half.
  • The lower part of the avocado is cut into a small base for the avocado to stand correctly.
  • Gently peel all of the avocado skin, making sure the avocado itself looks pretty.
  • Place the base of the avocado on the plate and start layering your veggies, burger, bacon, and lettuce.
  • Place the top of the avocado on a bun. I picked a barbecue stick to attach the whole avocado in the middle.

Notes

  • Slice - you can slice the avocado lengthwise for easier serving or Crosswise for better looking and Christmas decoration.
  • Base - base of the avocado needs to be cut for it to stand
  • Avocado - use ripe avocados that are still firm
  • Burger - it is best to prepare smaller burgers to fit the avocado.
  • Toppings - choose to sprinkle with seeds of your liking. I have used sesame seeds, but I love our Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • Sauces - you can add Basil Pesto or Wild Garlic Pesto onto the burger.
