This Sugar-Free & Keto Smores Chaffle Recipe is the perfect addition to your Keto BBQ days when grilling is a must almost on a daily basis.   • Using ever so popular Dash Mini Maker, make your Sweet Chaffles in advance as the first step in our recipe.
  • Once your Sweet Chaffles are done, you can continue with Keto Marshmallows, following steps in the recipe until you get the perfect fluff out of the mixture.
  • Take one of the sweet Chaffle and with a spatula spread the Marshmallow Fluff onto the Chaffle using circular Motions. Check the video for a better understanding.
  • Once you are ready with spreading and happy with the thickness of Marshmallows, cover the top with another sweet Chaffle.
  • Gently press both of the Chaffles against the marshmallow fluff, making sure Sugar-Free marshmallow is spread evenly throughout all of the Chaffles from inside. You can even the sides with the edge of the knife to have everything perfectly even.
  • Let all of the Chaffles filled with marshmallows sit for a while until you prepare your chocolate ganache.
  • Either in an Instant Pot or Double Boiler, melt Sugar-Free Chocolate together with Cocoa Butter until fully melted.
  • Take each Sweet Chaffle filled with Marshmallow and dip into the Chocolate around the whole outing covering all of the marshmallows.
  • Let it sit on a rack until fully dry.

Notes

  • Portioned - The best is to portion those Keto S’ more Chaffles is right before serving. That would make our Sugar-Free Marshmallows super soft and fresh.
  • Chocolate ganache - an advantage of having the Chocolate dipped all around the S’ mores will keep the Keto Marshmallows soft and they will not dry due to the outside air.
  • 12 single servings - I have decided to cut each Keto S’more Chaffle into 4 single servings, because of the huge volume of one whole S‘more Chaffle, one would not be able to consume.
  • Nutritional Facts: Since consuming a whole Chaffle Smore is unimaganable to consume, I have split each into 4 pieces. But incase you still need the Nutritional info on a whole piece - Marshmallow Fluff in 2 whole Chaffles, and all of it dipped in a Chocolate - 3 Big Smores, each with 368 Calories, 3g of Carbohydrates, 8g of Fiber, 11g of Protein, and 23g of Fat.
