Would you believe the first-ever S’ more recipe being published was from the year 1920?
S’more shortened for “some more” is a dessert, popular mostly in the US, Mexico, and Canada.
Most of the campfire gathering can not be missed without Marshmallows and of course S’mores, where marshmallows are placed in between 2 graham crackers together with a layer of chocolate.
Living Low Carb Lifestyle and developing new recipes, allows me to go out of the box and come up with whatever I find as perfect fit not only to our Keto Lifestyle but as well to our eyes and Taste Buds.
And therefore I have decided to replace Graham Crackers with Sweet Cinnamon Cream Cheese Keto Chaffles and have a perfectly tailored and photographed Keto Smores Chaffle Recipe.
For our Sugar-Free & Keto Smores Chaffle Recipe, I have actually made 2 calculations to make it easier for you.
I have split one whole chaffles into 4 single servings as this is so big, that there is no way you would be able to consume the whole piece.
In that case, you get 12 pieces from the whole recipe and per portion 92 Calories, 1g of Carbs, 2g of Fiber 3g of Protein, and 6g of Fat.
For the whole piece – Marshmallow Fluff in 2 whole Chaffles, and all of it dipped in a Chocolate.
From this recipe, you should be able to make 3 Big Smores, each with 368 Calories, 3g of Carbohydrates, 8g of Fiber, 11g of Protein, and 23g of Fat.
It depends on you which one you choose.
Eating Keto while Camping is not actually that difficult as one would think so.
As long as you are prepared in advance, you can have fun and enjoy camping and all of the grillings as everyone else.
Meat is Keto, Vegetables, and salads are mostly Keto and all you need is to prepare some Keto Snacks in advance and take them with you.

I have made a full post on how to best make Sugar-Free Keto Marshmallow Recipe and use them in our Keto S’mores Recipe.
Once you whip them as per the instructions, just fill up your Sweet Keto Chaffless and make it even. Let it sit for a while and then dip in the melted Sugar-Free Chocolate mixture.
The advantage of having the Chocolate dipped all around the S’ mores will keep the Keto Marshmallows soft and they will not dry due to the outside air.
Making Sweet Cinnamon Cream Cheese Keto Chaffles for our Keto Smores Chaffle Recipe is pretty easy.
I have again made a separate post with all of the tips and full instructions. I would suggest making your Chaffles first and only then start whipping up our Sugar-Free Marshmallows.
For the Sugar-Free Chocolate, it is best to pick the one with the least carbohydrates possible and of course the most natural ingredients there are.

How to make Sugar-Free & Keto Smores Chaffle Recipe
Kitchen Gadgets you need:
- Kitchen Mixer for Marshmallows
- Dash Mini Maker for Chaffles
- Double Boiler for Melting Chocolate

Ingredients Needed:
- Sweet Cinnamon Cream Cheese Keto Chaffles
- Sugar-Free Keto Marshmallow Recipe
- Sugar-Free Chocolate
- Cacao Butter

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO MAKE KETO S’MORE CHAFFLE
First Step: Chaffles
Using ever so popular Dash Mini Maker, make your Chaffles in advance as the first step in our recipe.

Second Step: Marshmallow
Once your Sweet Chaffles are done, you can continue with Keto Marshmallows.
Following steps in the recipe: Sugar-Free Keto Marshmallow Recipe, mix it fully until you get the perfect fluff out of the mixture.

Third Step: Spread
Take one of the sweet Chaffle and with a spatula spread the Marshmallow Fluff onto the Chaffle using circular Motions. Check the video for a better understanding.

Fourth Step: Cover
Once you are ready with spreading and happy with the thickness of Marshmallows, cover the top with another sweet Chaffle.

Fifth Step: Gently press
Gently press both of the Chaffles against the marshmallow fluff, making sure Sugar-Free marshmallow is spread evenly throughout all of the Chaffles from inside.
You can even the sides with the edge of the knife to have everything perfectly even.

Sixth Step: Let it rest
Let all of the Chaffles filled with marshmallows sit for a while until you prepare your chocolate ganache.

Seventh step: Melt Chocolate
Either in an Instant Pot or Double Boiler, melt Sugar-Free Chocolate together with Cocoa Butter until fully melted.

Eight Step: Dip and let cool
Take each Sweet Chaffle filled with Marshmallow and dip into the Chocolate around the whole outing covering all of the marshmallows.
Let it sit on a rack until fully dry.

TIPS AND TRICKS
Portioned – The best is to portion those Keto S’ more Chaffles is right before serving. That would make our Sugar-Free Marshmallows super soft and fresh.
Chocolate ganache – an advantage of having the Chocolate dipped all around the S’ mores will keep the Keto Marshmallows soft and they will not dry due to the outside air.

You can perfectly store those Keto S’more Chaffles in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
Best is to store them as a whole and cut only once you are ready to serve. This will prevent Marshmallow Fluff from frying and will give you the soft and perfect texture of marshmallows inside.

Can you freeze Keto S’ more Chaffles?
You can certainly freeze those Keto S’ more Chaffles.
Best is in a ziplock bag as a whole. Take it out of the freezer the day before consuming and cut just before you are ready to serve.

Ingredients
- Marshmallows:
- 100 g, Xylitol
- 40 ml, Water
- 7 g, Gelatine Powder
- Sweet Chaffles:
- 17 gram, Almond Flour
- 12 gram, Protein Powder - Unflavored
- 2 1 gram, Baking powder
- 1 large, Egg
- 0.50 tsp, Vanilla extract
- 2 gram, Ground Cinnamon
- 4 g, Lakanto Sugar Substitute
- 50 g, Cream cheese
- Chocolate Ganache:
- 80g Sugar-Free Chocolate
- 10g Cacao Butter
Instructions
- Using ever so popular Dash Mini Maker, make your Sweet Chaffles in advance as the first step in our recipe.
- Once your Sweet Chaffles are done, you can continue with Keto Marshmallows, following steps in the recipe until you get the perfect fluff out of the mixture.
