  • Prepare all of your ingredients.
  • Heat your stove to medium and add butter into it. Let it slightly melt and add sweetener as well. Using your whisk, let all sugar sweeteners melt and whisk, so both ingredients get combined. 
  • Add your homemade or store-bought peanut butter and whisk again until thoroughly combined. Here you have the option of adding Vanilla extract if you wish so.
  • Using a smaller baking sheet, pour the whole mixture and slightly bang against the kitchen counter to eliminate all bubbles. Here I would suggest Silicone Flat-form as it will be much easier to take out later on. Place into the fridge for 3-6 hours, best overnight. 
  • Once your Peanut Butter Sugar-Free Fudge is hard, gently take it out of your silicone form and place it onto the baking paper. Using a sharp knife, cut into a smaller candy-like shape.
  • This step is optional, but if you want to pack each fudge, you can simply cut your parchment paper and pack each, as you see in my video.
