Before I do purchase anything, I always read labels, how much carbohydrates it contains and especially what sweeteners do they use. You might be surprised, but some of the “claimed” low carb products contain much more sugar than the normal chocolates we see on the shelves in regular supermarkets.

My favorite brands are Sukrin, Cavalier, DeBron and Torras
Those are the ones I buy here. But for example, a US brand “Lilly’s chocolates” is a great alternative as well. It is just difficult to purchase it if you do not live in States.
