I cannot believe the time has come. I have always talked about getting here but I never actually did it. And now its the time, now I am here and I love it.
It is easy to come up with an idea, but pretty difficult to execute it.
My first difficult obstacle was to cook and bake low carb when I started 8 years ago. I thought I can not. But then came the research and research and lots of trials and errors.
When I finally started getting good at it, I loved to take pictures, first with my telephone, then with my iPad and after I bought my first DSLR camera.
A big question mark followed. What do I do with it? Shall I write a book? Perhaps not yet. Shall I create a website? Not yet. Let me publish something on Facebook.
This was soon not enough so I started setting up other social media.
Finally, the day came when I decided to start my website. But “Oh my”. I had no idea how much time this will take. Now I can call myself not only an expert in cooking, baking, photography low carb lifestyle, and diabetes but also an IT prodigy. I am just kidding, we all have to learn our whole life.
Why did I start this website?
I want to share my experience and knowledge I have gained throughout the years with you. I have been lucky enough to know English properly and therefore being able to do all the research on the web in English, talk to people from all over the world on the same issues.
And by having this website in 3 languages, I would like to give an opportunity to friends and other interested followers from other countries to get ideas, learn about low carb. And most important how it is possible to live low carb.
