- Minced Beef
- Diced Bacon
- Diced Fresh Celery
- Onion
- Garlic Cloves
- Tomato Sauce
- Heavy Cream
- Fresh Oregano
- Fresh Marjoram
- Grated Cheese

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON SUPER EASY KETO STUFFED ZUCCHINI MINI BITES
First Step: Stuffed Zucchini Ingredients
Prepare all of your ingredients beforehand.
For zucchini, try to pick the ones which are as straight as possible.
For Bolognese Sauce, dice your onion, garlic, bacon, and celery.
Fresh herbs should be cut into small pieces as well.
Second Step: Cook Keto Bolognese Sauce
Place your onion and garlic into a Pot and using olive oil caramelize for few minutes.
Once it’s getting brown, add bacon and minced meat, mix and cook for 15 minutes.
Add diced fresh celery, herbs, salt & pepper, and mix and cook for another 10 minutes.
As of last add tomato sauce and heavy cream and fully combine.

If you can manage to make bolognese sauce the night before, the best. Overnight, the flavors of the sauce combine, and the whole sauce thicken fully, which is the best for filling your veggies.
Third Step: Cover and Cook Keto Sauce
Cover with the lid and cook for approximately 40 minutes at a medium temperature.
Fourth Step: Cut and Fill Fresh Zucchini
Wash your zucchini and cut the ends. Using a sharp knife, cut each zucchini into approximately 2 inches or 5 cm in length.
As you see on the video, cut the first one and using that piece to measure and cut all others to get the same length.
Using either a small spoon or a scoop as I have used, make a small hole in the middle of zucchini to have them shaped into a cup-like mini bite.
Place them into the casserole dish, which is oven safe, or a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Fill each of the zucchini cups with bolognese sauce and top it up with grated cheese of your choice. I have used parmesan cheese,
Fifth Step: Bake your Keto Stuffed Zucchini Mini Bites
Place into the oven and bake at 200C or 400F for approximately 30 minutes

Bolognese Sauce the day before – If you can manage to make bolognese sauce the day or night before, the best. Overnight, the flavors of the sauce combine and the whole sauce thicken fully, which is the best for filling your veggies.
Type of Zucchini – you can use any type of zucchini, yellow or dark green, small or big.
Zucchini shapes – once you are preparing your zucchini, it is best to get the ones that are as straight in shape as possible. It will be easier to size them properly and have equally the same mini cups.

- 1 Cup Minced Beef
