What is Taco?

Taco is a traditional Mexican meal. Different types of tortillas, flatbread or shells as some call them, are filled with meat as a protein, various vegetables cut into small pieces and sprinkled with Mexican dressing. 
Tacos are trendy in the US and have become a go-to meal, especially on Tuesdays, where various restaurants offer perfect deals with Taco Tuesday’s heading. 

Can I eat Taco on Keto?

Tortillas in the restaurant are made from wheat and are a part of most dishes, either as chips, cups, or flatbread, so it is not easy to stay on keto or within your carbohydrate macros. 
But you can quickly, with my help, produce the best, if not better, tacos that are not only fully keto-friendly but filled with only the best ingredients one can have. 
So to answer the question, yes, you eat tacos on Keto. 

How many carbs are in Tacos?

Whichever recipe you pick from our collection, the carbohydrate intake is minimal. Every taco recipe has its nutritional values, and every single recipe has total carbohydrates below 7 grams per portion.

What is Keto Tacos made from?

There are various recipes with Keto Taco Shells. Most of them made with pure cheese, shredded cheddar cheese precisely, only baked, shaped, and used as a shell to have the base for filling up the tacos. 

The pure cheese Taco shells are delicious, but they can not be reshaped anymore once cooled.

With our Low Carb Taco Shells recipe, I wanted to replicate the pliable shells, which can still be shaped even after cooling, but still give you the perfect cheese taste.

Adding our Keto Taco seasoning into the mixture brings those shells more in the perfect Mexican world of Keto Recipes.
