What is Halloween?
Halloween is a trendy celebration where at this time of the year, we remember the dead, including all saints as well. Most popular in the US, the Halloween theme celebration starts with 3 days of observance. It is a celebration time, where famous Pumpkin carvings happen. Kids and adults are attending various Halloween Costumes parties, going around from house to house for treats, lighting bonfires, and much more.
Halloween Times during my childhood
As a kid, we have never celebrated Halloween in my country, but we always had to, until this day, attend church services and visit graves of our family members to remember the time we have spent with them.
The beautiful atmosphere in the evenings with millions of candle-lit graveyards is something unforgettable. I still take my daughter every single year for her to celebrate this tradition.
Can you celebrate Halloween on Keto?
At the start of our Lifestyle, I thought I would rather skip all of the celebrations. Be it birthday parties, Thanksgiving, Christmas, even Halloween, and more.
But as I have slowly learned, with a low-carb lifestyle, you can enjoy it all, but everyone around you would be surprised that your treats are not only scary and spooky and dark and creepy but extra delicious and healthy as well. And that is difficult to find around this time.
Give your kids the best ever Healthy Halloween Treats, they deserve so much. No more sweets from the supermarket filled with all of junk. Make your own and enjoy it.
Make a big Halloween Party and invite all. You can make it. All you need is to scroll down and pick your favorites.
