Because this is just what I thought one-day after I have made ever-popular Keto Peanut Butter Cookies.
Quick and Easy Keto Cookies
I thought to myself. Since they are so popular, why are not Nutella Cookies even more popular?
Well, maybe they are and I have just not realized.
Whatever the answer is, I have decided to give it a try and make some.
I had to experiment a bit with them since I did not want to do the exact recipe for the simplest Peanut Butter Cookies.
And tell you frankly. My family has said, that those Easy Nutella Keto Cookies are even better as the Keto Peanut butter Cookies are.
What type of Nutella to use for cookies?
Even though a real Nutella is a big No-No in our lifestyle, we have tended to call most of the other hazelnuts spreads similar to the taste Nutella, either Sugar-Free or keto.
I have in this case used the Lakanto’s Nutella, since that is what I had in the house and that is what I have used in the last few months.
But If you would like to experiment with any other homemade or store-bought Sugar-Free Nutella, go ahead. I do believe this recipe should work with all.

Baking Powder and Almond Flour
I have decided to add a bit of Baking Powder to lift them up during the baking process in the oven.
Also adding a bit of Almond flour will give them a bit of crunchiness and they are not fully soft to the bite.
Shapes and baking
As you see in our video, we do prefer to always make a kind of mini Cookies. Bite-size cookies are the ones we love and that is what I make all the time.
If you prefer to make big size cookies, you could, without the problem. I would just suggest adding a few more minutes while baking.
I have decided to not add any of the sugar replacement.
I believe Nutella – any type or brand, is extra sweet on its own and making cookies out of it, does not need to add any additional sweetness.
From the time I have made our Vanilla Extract in the Instant Pot, I add it to any and every sweet recipe I have. I just feel vanilla adds that added extra touch with a bit of sweetness into the sweet dishes.
You can add it in, but you can as well skip this ingredient. It is really up to you what you would prefer.

How to make the quick and easy Sugar-Free Nutella Cookies
Kitchen gadgets you might need:
- Mixing bowl
- Baking Tray
- Parchment Paper
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BEST EVER NUTELLA KEETO COOKIES
First Step: Prepare Ingredients and Nutella
Prepare all of the ingredients together. It is always easier to assemble everything, once all is ready to mix.
Get your favorite Sugar-Free Nutella ready and place it into a mixing bowl.
Second Step: Add other Ingredients
Add all of the other ingredients.
Third Step: Mix
With a spatula, mix all of the ingredients together with Sugar-Free Nutella to make sure everything is mixed into the Nutella.
Fourth Step: Scoop and Shape
Once you have everything fully mix, prepare your Baking tray together with a Parchment paper o a silicone baking sheet.
Using either 2 teaspoons or a small Ice Cream scoop, place the cookies onto the baking tray making sure you leave space in between.
With your wet hands, you can finish the shaping of the cookies as well as flattening them. By flattening Keto Nutella Cookies, you will get that bit of crunchiness in them if you prefer.
Fifth Step: Bake
Bake them all in 10 minutes in the oven and let them fully cool.
Tips and Tricks:
Scooping – you can either use 2 teaspoons as in our video or a small ice cream scoop
Flatten – You can flatten your cookies with hand to get that slightly crunchy taste
Size – As you see in the video, we do like to have mini size cookies in our house. If you do prefer much bigger cookies, you should add the baking time a bit longer.
Cooling time – Let the cookies fully cool to harden

In this recipe, I have used Lakanto Nutella since this is the box, I have opened, loves it and uses it most of the time.
But this recipe should work with any type of Sugar-Free Nutella you have at home. Either it is homemade or Store-bought.
How to store Nutella Keto Cookies?
Those Easy Nutella Keto Cookies are perfect left on a plate on your kitchen table for 2-3 days without any troubles.
If you prefer, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator, where they should last for much longer. Even for up to a week.
Longer, I would place them into the freezer.
Can you freeze Sugar-Free Nutella Cookies?
You can freeze those Sugar-Free Nutella Cookies without a problem.
Just take them out of the freezer the night before and let them thaw naturally.
