What are Deviled Eggs?
Deviled eggs are hard boiled eggs cut into half and with using its own eggyolks and other various ingredients then re-filled back. Those stuffed eggs are then used as an appetizer for most of the parties or events you attend.
You might wonder, why I have called them
So our eggs are a bit of eviled, bit also deviled dressing them up with spider looking olives.
You can add them on top of our Keto Avocado Egg Salad, to give them a perfect green base for more realistic and hopefully scary looking plate.

HOW TO MAKE KETO SPIDER WEB EGGS?
First Step: Boil your eggs
Boil your eggs to fully hard using your prefered method. You can use Instant Pot, if you like, or just boil them on the stove.
Second Step: Frozen Wild Berries
Place half a cup of frozen Wild Berries into a pot. For natural coloring, I always use wild blueberries, because they give you the best and the strongest dark color you can imagine. And since wild Berries are not freely available in the shops, or at least in our region, I always make sure, I get 4-5 kilos at the end of august when they are ready to be
They are great whenever you need to bake a quick Keto Berry

Third Step: Boil
Add boiling water and let it boil for another 10-15 minutes. Letting them boil further, will help in water evaporating and therefore making your color more dark and deep.
If you do not want the eggs too dark, just reduce the boiling time or do not boil them at all. Just by adding a boiling water onto the wild berries, will already make the color dark.

Fourth Step: Crack Eggs
Once your eggs are cooked, place them into a bowl and with a teaspoon crack one by one throughout the whole egg. The best is to look at the video for better understanding. Just make sure your eggs are cracked all over, so you do get that instant and all over spider like looking eggs.

Fifth Step: Color Eggs
Uing a spoon, gently place all of your cracked eggs into the already boiled Wild Berry water. Once they are all in, slowly mix them with a spatula, to make sure the colored water gets into each one of the cracked eggs.

Sixth Step: Wait 20 minutes
This is the easiest step I guess. Wait for approximatelly 15-20 minutes, letting the wild Berries water work its charm and coloring all of the eggs.
You can from time to time, gently mix them, especially if the eggs are not covered fully. This will ensure, that colored water gets into every single crack of your eggs.

Seventh Step: Peel
Gently peel all of the eggs. Since they have been soaked in the water, they will be really easy to peel. You will be surprised immediately with those beautiful spider web spooky looking designs.
Wild berries do color really well. You might experience that your hands will get a bit of color as well. That happens with me every single time, I use Wild Blueberries. A great suggestion is to wash your hands with baking powder and all the colour is immediately washed.

Eight Step: Prepare Olives
For this recipe it is best to buy olives without seeds. It will be much easier for your to cut them into the exact shapes you want to.
Take the olives and cut them in halves. Once they are cut, take some halves and cut each into a bit thicker slices. This will be then used for

Ninth Step: Cut Eggs into halves
All of the eggs you have peeled, needs to be cut into halves. Find a plate you will be decorating on and place them straight in there. As you see in my recipe, I have not taken yolks and have not made a special stuffing, but you certainly can. Just take all of the egg yolks and mix them either with mayo, yogurt, avocado or whatever you wish.

Tenth Step: Decorate Keto Spider Web Eggs
This is the time to put it all together. You have already placed your sliced eggs on a plate you want to use for serving. This is pretty important because if you start moving the Keto Spider Web Eggs already decorated around, all of the legs from spiders will fall and you will have to do the process again and again.
Place one half of olive on top of each sliced egg. Then slowly place 3 slices of olives on each side of the olive half to form a spider-like looking little monster creature. You can use tweezers if you wish to.
A great idea is to use some spread as the base and place Keto Deviled Eggs on top of it. This will also helps the eggs to sit still.

How to clean your hands from coloring?
Every time I use wild Blueberries for cooking, baking or colouring, I end up with blue hands. This used to annoy me all the time since the color stayed for a few days and I was never able to wash them with soap.
But then one day, I have tried washing them with a baking powsder and woila. All of the color from my hands was gone in seconds.
Now I use the baking powder all the time. Every time I colour anything. It works every single time.
