We have never had artichoke as a kids and I have never even knew something like this existed. Until just few years ago, when I had it few times in the restaurants. I really loved it, but never thought of making it at home. I somehow always imagined it is pretty hard labor to do it in the house.

    • Dear Leah,

I am similiar with them. I only started making them home recently. Till now only in restaurants. But have realized, it is so easy to do, that we had it already few times since then.

    • Dear Caroline,

I am happy you like artichokes. Not everyone does, but its mostly because lots of people did not even tried it.
