STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON MAKING THE EASIEST KETO LASAGNA NOODLES SHEETS
First Step: Ingredients for Keto Lasagna Noodles
With this super easy recipe and only 3 main Ingredients needed, you might not need any full instructions.
Prepare Almond Flour or just plain Ground Almonds, Eggs, and Cream Cheese.
A salt is an option. Pepper is not included as I wanted to get that beautiful light color of the sheets.
Second Step: Place all ingredients into the Magic Bullet Jar
Simply place all of the ingredients into the Magic Bullet Jar or a jar you are using for your Blender.
Third Step: Blend All Keto Lasagna Ingredients
Close the Jar and fully blend.
The consistency would be very liquid.
Do not blend it for a long time as lots of bubbles might form.
But just in case you did, gently bang the jar against the Kitchen counter a few times, to get rid of at least the big bubbles.
Fourth Step: Baking Sheet, Pour and Bake
Prepare your Baking Sheet and Parchment Paper.
You can lightly spray the sheet before you place the parchment paper on top to prevent the paper from slipping. But use oil really sparingly as it also makes the Parchment paper moist and wet.
Once all is in place, Pour the mixture onto the sheet, and using a spatula, spread the mixture evenly throughout the whole sheet.
Try to keep the layer as thin as possible to have those beautiful thin layers of Lasagna Sheets after baking.
Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes total time at 150C or 300F.
Fifth Step: Peel and Cut
Once the sheet is baked, gently turn it upside down and peel the Parchment Paper from it.
Now is the time for cutting.
This all depends on the size of the casserole, you are planning to bake Lasagna with additional Sauce. Cut into appropriate size using either a sharp knife or a pizza roller and enjoy.
Tips and Tricks
- Bubbles – If you see some bubbles still formed on the sheet before baking, just gently bang the whole baking sheet against the kitchen counter. You can also use the tip of your fingers to gently break bigger bubbles.
- Size of the Lasagna Sheets – the size of the sheets really depends on the casserole size you are going to use it.

Too many words, really, this recipe could be presented on a single page. Some people might like reading through all this but I just want to start cooking and it takes forever to get to the info
Sorry for that. Wanted to write all of the possible details and questions readers might have.
@Zuzana, I like the details! Thanks for sharing:)
Happy you like it.
There is literally a “Jump to Recipe” button, right at the top, for people just like you. Stop complaining.
Do you use a 9 x 9, or a 9 x 13 pan?
I have used 12×16 (30x40cm) baking sheet for making lasagna. But it does not really matter, as you can pour the batter onto whatever size you have to only cover the sheet. Once full, you can use the. rest of the batter for second sheet.
Hey there! I appreciate all the instructions and tips you have ๐ Do you think it would be possible to sub coconut flour? What ratio would I use? Thanks!
Coconut flour is very dense and dry. You only need small amount to replace almond flour. But if you want to give it a try, I use 4 to 1 ratio to almond flour.
Hello. This didn’t work out for me at all. Is it really only 24g of Almond Flour? It just feels far too thin after baking.
Yes, it is only 24 grams. Egg mixed with flour will result in that perfect sheet once baked.
So you’re just going to leave us hanging????? No baking instructions???? like how long to bake these noodles??? Do you put less tomato sauce?? for fear they would get too mushy??? Should we leave it uncovered when baking???
All of the instructions are in the recipe card, to which you can jump directly from the beginning of the article. I also have an article called lasagna bolognese, where those noodles are used.
Question – can you freeze for later use?
Yes, just place parchment paper in between so the sheets do not stick to each other.
Looking to use these for traditional lasagna. Do I bake the lasagna for the same length of time as I would for tradional noodles?
No, as this is already baked, you do not have to do anything further. Just layer your casserole and bake as usual.
Thank you for taking the time and effort in creating this recipe! I really appreciate the details, video, and all of the extra tips. My Hubby has Celiac’s Disease and I am always looking for tasty and simple recipes. This is it!!! So grateful!:-)
