Psyllium Low Carb Pasta
The Ingredient called Psyllium Husk is the main part I am using for this recipe. You will be astonished to find out how in mere 15 minutes you can have a perfect Homemade Low Carb Noodles Pasta on your dinner table, which everyone will love.
And with only 1g of carb per serving, this is a way to go, and still enjoy your noodles.
What is Psyllium Husk?
Psyllium Husk is a soluble fiber acting as a prebiotic.
This Fiber called Psyllium acts as a natural laxative and perfect for constipation especially if we are at the beginning stages of changing our lifestyle.
At the start of your lifestyle change, detoxification is the first thing we all should do. And for exactly that, this husk or hull fiber is the right choice.
What does Psyllium Husk do?
The Psyllium Husk is one of the well-known fibers used especially in Keto and Low Carb cooking and baking.
It is a binding agent that is fully Gluten-Free and is used for making various Keto or Low Carb Recipes. It not only binds other ingredients together but acts as a thickener with added volume in most of the recipes.
Psyllium also holds the moisture and therefore keto dough containing husk is much easier and pliable to work with.
I have already made quite a few recipes using Psyllium Husk as it is a really great addition to all of the Low Carb and Keto Flour choices.
Our Keto Farmers Bread would not be as popular as it is without it. Steamed Bread needs Psyllium to get that perfect soft consistency. Not forgetting to mention Bagels, Chaffle, or popular Bread Rolls.
For cooking or baking, it is best to use husk, which has been ground into the powder.
If you do have a whole husk, just grind them in your blender or a coffee grinder.
Homemade Low Carb Pasta or any of the Keto Noodles mentioned above is not only good for you.
They are a much better choice than the regular pasta made from ordinary flour.
It not only tastes awesome, but all of the healthy benefits from the ingredients used to give you great advantages whether you are following any of the Keto or Low Carb Lifestyle or not.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS TO HOW IS LOW CARB PASTA MADE
First Step: Low Carb Pasta Ingredients
First off, prepare all of your ingredients.
At the same time heat up the oven.
For the Psyllium Husk, make sure it is ground psyllium.
If you have a whole husk, just blend them in your magic bullet or a blender.
Second Step: Add all ingredients into a Magic Bullet Container
If you’re using a magic bullet, place all of the ingredients into the container for the magic bullet.
In case you’re using any other blender just place all the ingredients into the appropriate container.
Third Step: Blend all in a Blender
Blend it fully until all of the ingredients are combined together.
Fourth Step: Spray a baking sheet and lay parchment paper
Gently spray your baking pan with oil and place parchment paper on top of it.
The oil will make sure the parchment paper is holding in one place.
Fifth Step: Pour and spread the mixture
This step needs to be done as fast as possible.
Pour all the mixture onto the parchment paper and using your spatula spread it all to cover the whole baking sheet.
Make sure the mixture is spread as thin as possible.
This has to be done really fast because once you pour the mixture onto the parchment paper the paper will become softer and it will be difficult to keep a nice consistent layer.
Sixth Step: Bake
Place into the preheated oven at 160 Celsius or 320F for 8 minutes.
Seventh Step: Roll and cut
Once your Psyllium Husk Low Carb Pasta sheet is baked, take it out of the oven and out of the baking sheet.
The whole mixture should not be really stuck onto the parchment paper but just in case it is, gently peels it from the parchment paper.
As you see in the video, roll the whole sheet into one Roulade-like loaf.
Using a sharp knife cut into slices as thin as you would like your pasta to look.
Unroll and serve immediately with your favorite Keto Sauce.
Tips and Tricks:
Rolling – I found rolling this pasta dough is the easiest way to get your perfect noodles shape
Pizza cutter – is a perfect idea if you prefer to cut noodles separately
Quick – As I already mentioned, once you pour the mixture onto the parchment paper, you have to work really fast. The parchment paper will get soft very quickly and will wrinkle.
