My daughter loves them so much that she is able to eat them every single day. But I do not make it on a daily basis for her to not get used to it.
We have days when she just refuses to eat any type of eggs in any way. And that is OK.
But if this takes a long time I always know that offering our keto Cloud egg recipe makes the charm and wins. She has never ever said no to this offer.

Those perfectly tailored little Cheesy Cloud Chips are a great addition to your evening glass of wine. Eat them as they are or put some spread on top to make them even more beautiful It is all up to you. You choose.

The biggest advantage of those little tiny beautiful Low Carb Cloud Crackers is, that they do not contain egg yolk. Even though an Egg Yolk is very nutritional, it also contains calories. And for those who are trying to cut them a bit right now, those beauties only contain a minimal amount.

All you have to do is follow the steps and they are in my recipe except mixing the egg white. When you do not mix the egg white to fluffiness and pour a very thin layer into each of the Muffin baking forms, you will get those crispy Keto Cloud Chips looking snacks.
First, I have to say, those Keto Cloud Egg Crisps taste unbelievable.
When taken out of the oven immediately, they are fully crispy.
Once cooled, they do stay crispy for a while and if not immediately stored in the airtight container, they soften a bit.
But that is another level of tastiness. Like little Keto blinis, you can use them as a soft from inside, but still crispy from the outside type of Canapés for your guests.
Add some toppings and your Keto Starters are ready.
There are so many ways you can use those lovely Keto Cloud Egg Crisps for:
Use them as a Keto Nibs with your wine

How To Make Keto Cloud Egg Crisps
Kitchen Gadgets you might need:
- Cupcakes baking Form
- Oil spray
- Hand Mixer
- Silicone spatula
Ingredients needed:
- Egg Whites
- Cheese
- Garlic

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR KETO CLOUD CHIPS CRISPS
First Step: Prepare Ingredients
First of all, prepare all of the ingredients.
All you need is egg whites, a bit of cheese which you should grind yourself and garlic powder for an extra touch.
As a cheese, I have picked cheddar, which gives you not only a beautiful color but that extra special taste.
Second Step: Mix Egg whites
Please the egg whites into a container where you can mix them into fluffiness.
Use your hand blender or mixer and mix the egg whites fully.
Third Step: Add Cheese & Garlic
Once your egg whites are fully mixed and have a nice stiff peak, add cheese you have grated yourself and garlic powder.
You can use any cheese you like, but I prefer Cheddar cheese not only for the look but as well for that extra taste.
Once everything is fully mixed add cheese and garlic and with a silicone spatula gently fold both additional ingredients into the egg whites.
Fourth Step: Hand Mix
Using a silicone spatula, gently fold both additional ingredients into the egg whites.
Fifth Step: Baking Form spray and fill
Prepare your baking Tin form, which you normally use for your cupcakes or muffins. This is the best form since the bottom of the tin has got a beautiful round shape and lets you get the perfectly same round-shaped Keto Cloud Egg Chrisps to form.
Spray the baking form fully to help your crisps easily taken out after they have been baked.
Using your silicone spatula, place egg white mixture into each muffin tin baking form evenly. This recipe should be enough for the form I have used which is 12 pieces.
It really depends how thin or thick you want your Keto Cloud Egg Crisps to become.
Sixth Step: Fill the edges
Once all of the mixture is spread, use your hands and/or spatula and make sure each of the egg white mixture is spread throughout the round shape of your baking muffin tin.
Seventh Step: Bake and enjoy
Once all done, place it into the oven and bake for 10 minutes on 200 Celsius or 400 Fahrenheit.
If you want them even more crunchy but on the other side a bit dryer you can leave them on for 15 minutes.
