STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO CREATING HOMEMADE KETO CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRIES
First Step: Ingredients
First off, prepare all of your ingredients.
Try to get the freshest, organic, and not soft strawberries without any dents as those will get very fast bad under the chocolate.
I do suggest placing your strawberries into the refrigerator as cold strawberries being dipped into the chocolate sauce will harden the chocolate immediately and you will have less chocolate falling from the strawberries.
With regards to the sugar-free chocolate, it really depends on you as I already mentioned in the post above steps.
You can either choose to make your homemade sugar-free chocolate or buy one of the suggested bars.
It is good to chop chocolate bars into smaller pieces as they will definitely melt much faster.
For Coconut Oil, try to get organic, the one with the least coconut flavor if you are not fond of that.
Some of the coconut oils can have a really deep coconut taste.

Second Step: Chocolate Ganache
For the chocolate ganache prepare a double boiler.
As you see in the images or the video attached above, melt crushed chocolate first.
Once the chocolate is melted halfway, add a coconut oil steering regularly. Let it melt, until both of the ingredients combine.
Once everything is fully melted and combined, place aside and let the chocolate sauce cool down to room temperature mixing it regularly.

Third Step: Prepare for Dipping
Once your melted chocolate has cooled down, you can prepare everything for strawberry dipping.
Try to pick a tall glass which is not so wide.
You can either use a small mason jar or water glass with a width wide enough to be able to dip a strawberry in.
Anything too wide would require you to make double the amount of chocolate sauce.

Fourth Step: Dip
Once you’re ready to dip your strawberries, take them out of the refrigerator, and using a kitchen towel make sure they’re dry all around.
The good advice is to stick each strawberry onto one of the barbecue’s wooden sticks as this will help you not only with the dipping process but also for drying.
As you see on the video gently dip the strawberry three-quarter way into the chocolate and slowly take it out of the glass.

If you’re planning to use additional toppings or decorations, sprinkle that immediately after dipping the strawberries as that is the time when the chocolate is not yet fully hardened and all of the additional toppings will stick onto the chocolate and hardens together.
