Not only is this Taco Salad dressing perfect with a Low-Carb lifestyle, but the tiny amount of calories will also allow you to add it into your Dinner whenever desired.

Only 50 grams of Calories per portion is in this Keto Dressing and compared to the store-bought Salad Dressings, I would say it is incomparable. 

Creamy Salsa Dressing Ingredients

As I have already mentioned, you only need 4 ingredients.

Out of these 4 ingredients, 3 of them are easily made from our recipes. 

Taco Seasoning, which I now have in my Kitchen Pantry at all times, Keto Salsa, I can not live without, and of course perfectly smooth and thick Cold Start Greek Yogurt, you can make yourselves in an Instant Pot. 

Sour Cream is the only ingredient, I have purchased in the store, but you never know. Maybe in a few monthly, I will make that homemade as well. For now, let’s keep it at store bough.

Prepare all the 4 ingredients you need for making this super easy healthy creamy salsa dressing recipe. 

As you see, I have used our homemade salsa, yogurt as well as seasoning. 

If you do not have your own, store-bought is great as well, as long as it is following our lifestyle. 

At the same time, prepare Magic Bullet or any blender you have available.

Second Step: Add all into the Blender

One by one, add all the ingredients into the blender. 

I love to use Magic bullet, because of the small glasses it has, where I can blend only the amount needed for that day.

Third Step: Blend all Ingredients for Dressing

Blend all ingredients. 

Depending on your preference, you can either leave it a bit chunky or let it blend fully into a smooth creamy consistency.

  1. This is so good. I decided to add whipped cottage cheese instead of the mayo and sour cream. It was thick and gave it a protein boost. If you don’t like a dip consistency then add more salsa to thin it out. Very good.
