And therefore I came up with the idea of skipping it entirely.
And to my surprise, this Keto Mousse is as good or even better as it would have been expected.

If you do not have Whipped Cream already done, whisk together heavy cream together with your sugar sweetener.
Second Step: Add Peanut Butter
Into a mixing bowl add Peanut Butter.
Third Step: Medium-speed whisk
Using your handheld whisk, set it to medium and gently shart whisking peanut butter together with Whipped Cream until both are fully combined.
You will see beautiful fluffy consistency and that is what we are looking for.
Fourth Step: Fill Piping Bag
Using a tall glass, prepare your piping bag to easily fill your Peanut Butter Mousse.
You can choose to scoop it as well.
Fifth Step: Cut and Pipe
Once your piping bag is filled, push it towards the end and cut the tip of the bag.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
