After having that first spoon, I was hooked and already came up with an idea to use it more in our recipes. The texture is so smooth and airy, that instead of Marshmallow fluffs, I am from now on going to use it as a perfect Keto Fluff for so many occasions.

As you might have realized, I am trying more and more recipes without cream cheese.
I mean, I love Cream Cheese, but as I see almost any recipe contains a cream cheese to get that mousse-like texture.
On the other hand, I am sure there are so many readers, who do not really like Cream Cheese or can not take it and always are looking for some alternatives.
And therefore I came up with the idea of skipping it entirely.
And to my surprise, this Keto Mousse is as good or even better as it would have been expected.

How to Powder your sugar sweetener?
Easy Peasy. If you do have at home only crystallized sweetener, whatever your favorite brand is, you can easily powder it at home using one of the Kitchen Gadgets, which always help us. Place the amount needed either in your Magic Bullet or Coffee Grainer and in 2 seconds you have beautiful powdered sweetener made at home. I never buy powdered sweeteners separately as I always use this tip whenever I need one.
Can you have Peanut Butter on Keto?
One might ask.
I did. When we started with the Low Carb lifestyle, I somehow assumed, Peanut Butter is a no-no. Just because I loved it so much and I knew there is always sugar involved.
What I did not know is, that there are so many products, where only peanuts are involved. In the end, you can make your peanut butter by grinding fresh peanuts in a blender.
That’s how easy it is.
And as it only involves Peanuts, and peanuts being nuts with low carbohydrate intake, they are fully allowed in our lifestyle.

What can you use Peanut Butter Mousse with?

This Keto Peanut Butter Mousse has got a pretty good shelf life. Stored in the refrigerator, it can last for up to a week if not longer.
Can you freeze Low Carb Peanut Butter Mousse?
You can of course freeze this Low Carb Mousse if you wish. I always suggest Mason Jars as they are perfectly versatile and can be filled in various sizes.

If you do not have Whipped Cream already done, whisk together heavy cream together with your sugar sweetener.
Into a mixing bowl add Peanut Butter.
Using your handheld whisk, set it to medium and gently shart whisking peanut butter together with Whipped Cream until both are fully combined.
Using a tall glass, prepare your piping bag to easily fill your Peanut Butter Mousse. You can choose to scoop it as well.
Once your piping bag is filled, push it towards the end and cut the tip of the bag.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.

Use Lakanto PB Powder instead of real Peanut Butter Add Cream Cheese for a real Peanut Butter Fluff Swap Peanut Butter for a Nut Butter of your choice Half the amount of Whipped cream and chill to get PB Fudge
