- Blanching almonds – If you are planing to make white almond flour, place your almonds with skin into the boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain, wash and spread on a cloth. By that time the skin will become loose and you can easily peel it using your hands.
- Amount – 1.5 cups of almonds gives you 2 cups of almond flour and 2.5 cup of coconut shreds gives you 1 cup of coconut flour
