Keto Breakfast Ideas

Let us concentrate on the sweet side of the perfect Low Carb Breakfast we can enjoy.

Out of all of the Low Carb Recipes, our most popular Keto Crepe Recipe, which I made almost every day for two years in a row, is one that nothing will top in the sphere of Keto Sweet Breakfast Choice.

At least that is my opinion. And the thought of my daughter.

But I can not miss mentioning the perfect Cinnamon WafflesChocolate Chaffles, Granola, or Challah Bread

Low-Carb Pancakes

I have to say, our Pancakes are very close to it.

When you see the pictures, some pieces are missing from the total amount I could make. And that is because of my husband.

He came home just as I was getting ready to take some pictures for you.

Tried one on the kitchen counter and stole another one from the piece I was preparing to beautify. That’s how good they were, he said.

Best Keto Pancakes

Judging from the way my husband went after them, they really must be one of the Best Keto Pancakes.

That is because I tell you. He hardly touches anything sweet I make that is keto, low carb, sugar-free or healthy in any sense. And I have not done anything real for years already.

So this was an achievement and a huge step forward from his side.

Gluten-Free Pancakes

As you will see in the Recipe card, I have used Gluten-Free Baking Powder to make this recipe entirely Gluten-Free as well. I just wanted to point this out.

If you are ok with using regular Baking powder, please go ahead.

Recipe for Almond Flour Pancakes

After a few failed attempts with various Keto Flour Alternatives, I have decided to go for Almond Flour pancakes. Those have got not only the closest to actual texture and taste, but they just performed exceptionally well with fluffiness, look as well as taste.

I would not suggest replacing Almond Flour in this recipe and making Keto Coconut Flour Pancakes as I have tried them already, and they become dry.

Savory Keto Pancakes

I have to mention this alternative, as it is a delicious option to regular sweetened pancakes.

All you have to change is skip the sweetener entirely and keep the rest of the ingredients. Maybe Vanilla Extract as well.

They are delicious, and your eggs, cold cuts, and veggies make a perfect addition to Brunch or your charcuterie board.

Keto Pancake Mix

One of the significant advantages of using this recipe is making your own homemade Keto Pancakes Mix. From double, triple, or 10x the amount and have it always in your Mason Jar ready whenever you need to whip up some Fluffy Low Carb pancakes for Breakfast.

You will, of course, need to add wet ingredients such as cream cheese and eggs, but that’s about it. Nothing else. It would make your morning routine much faster.

In the case of having a Low Carb Pancake mix, you will need for 3 Pancakes:

  • Three tablespoons of the mixture
  • 1 Egg
  • One tablespoon of Cream Cheese.
How Many Carbs are in Low Carb Pancakes?

Our Keto Pancakes with Almond Flour are great additions to Breakfast for Diabetics. One pancake contains only 2 grams of carbohydrates, which is incredible compared to a standard pancake with 22 grams of carbohydrates.

Of course, there are a minimum of carbs in cream cheese and almond flour, and therefore, it is the perfect choice for avoiding blood glucose spikes.
