Below, I have mentioned some quick steps on how to make your own sugar-free Nutella at home. If you want to experiment with other homemade or store-bought sugar-free Nutella, go ahead. This recipe should work with all.
Eggs: Eggs play a crucial role in binding and providing structure to these almond flour Nutella cookies, contributing to their delightful chewiness and soft texture.
Baking Powder and Almond Flour: I have decided to add some baking powder (or baking soda) to lift them in the oven during the baking process. Also, adding a bit of almond flour will give them a bit of crunchiness, so they are somewhat soft to the bite.
Vanilla Extract: When I made our vanilla extract in the Instant Pot, I added it to every sweet recipe. I feel vanilla adds an extra touch with a bit of sweetness to sweet dishes. You can add it in, but you can also skip this ingredient. It is up to you what you prefer.
